Working out Day 2

I started a workout routine yesterday! Following Chloe Ting's workout videos and some Kpop dance tutorials. Going to come out of this circuit breaker fit and hopefully have some abs lol. Checked out Itzy's Wannabe today..I didn't like it at first (as opposed to their ICY and Dalla Dalla), but it's growing on me! Ryujin looks so cool with her short hair in the music video...#hairgoals! I even wanted to follow their dance tutorial cuz' her shoulder dance looks so bomb. Ky's cover on Youtube of Wannabe is especially on point! Also, the Hero version of Wannabe is so cute! Strawberry Lia is adorable...

Anyway, here's record of what I did so far -
  1. Day 1: following Chloe Ting's workout videos
Warm-up, full body, arms (this one is April Han's video), 2 weeks Abs, cool down.
  • Review: first day is always tough. I actually really wanna work on my tummy area so I decided to cut away the full body workout. I realise I have no energy to do the other exercises after it! Satisfied with my other body parts anyway haha I'm gonna do one day of full exercise, followed by a day of learning dance tutorials (Kpop or latin) and maybe one video of abs. The next morning I woke up aching all over omg hahaha 
      2. Day 2:
Fancy and Hip dance tutorial (Intros), standing Abs (Chloe Ting) workout
  • I tried to learn Fancy's dance from LEIA's tutorials. It's so fast and so many movements too... I can only catch up with the 0.5x speed of MOMO's solo practice! SO far, I learned the intro and verse one lol I got bored and went to learn HIP by Mamamoo. I got to the first few beats and moved on to the standing Abs work out cos' it was getting late and I wanted to shower. 
  • Plan for Day 3: warm-up, Abs (maybe a less intense version from 2 weeks?), arms, cool down. 
  • Plan for Day 4: Continue with fancy and HIP. Continue Standing Abs! 
I wish I brought back my bluetooth earphones so I can listen to the music as loud as I want without disturbing my family... Hope I can stick to my schedule!
